I%26#39;ve heard that the restaurants are good but expensive, but how expensive are they?
I%26#39;m planning to go there with my husband and children aged 3 and 5, and am trying to decide between half board and bed and breakfast. It costs £91 extra per day for us to go HB (seems a lot for one meal!)and I wondered how this compared against a la carte prices at the restaurants.
Thanks!

It sounds reasonable to me, the restaurant can be expensive but the food is very good. Alot of Russian clients and they tend to demand the best.

it does sound like good value - but are you sure you want to eat in the hotel every evening ?

Weechic, don%26#39;t go for HB as you%26#39;ll be limited to the Le Fleuri buffet restaurant. Depending on when you go (we go in May) there is always 2-3 other restaurants available which are true a la carte and really lovely eg. Japanese, Italian, Greek Taverna, and Fish restaurant. The hotel was much more expensive this year but we never paid £91 for our evening meal when we ate in the hotel....and our children are 7 and 6. About 10 min walk away is Terre E Mare which wld highly recommend and for about £5 you can get a taxi to a nice friendly Italian called Al Pesto (opposite Amathus Beach) and further along the coastal road is TGI Fridays/Starbucks/Pizza hut.
The real expense is the inflated price of the drinks and ice creams at the hotel, but there is a cafe/supermarket down the road for that.
Fabulous hotel for children...have a wonderful time!
