If you are looking for work, you may use one of the many employment agencies, in which case they will handle all the paperwork.
I can%26#39;t recommend anyone, I%26#39;m afraid, but bear in mind that it is usually the employer who picks up the bill for the local fees, so be careful about parting with any money beforehand.
