Moving to Ayia Napa

Hi everyone,

i%26#39;m thinking of moving to ayia napa in a few weeks, could anyone tell me what the average cost is of renting an apartment? a friend of a friend has a two bed that i can rent for around £280 near nissi beach hotel, is that a good deal? also how easy/hard is it to get work over the winter months? havent done bar work but waitressing,cleaning and working on a market stall abroad before,any advice would be great, thanks in advance,debs.

Is that £280 per month? Bear in mind Ayia Napa %26amp; Protaras virtually close down at the beginning of November and there are only a small number of places open so I doubt there would be much bar work %26amp; waitressing. You might be better having a look on www.easterncyprus.com and put a posting on there as there are a number of ex pats who run bars/restaurants who might be able to advise you.

hi yes its £280 per month which sounds very good but the down side is the lack of jobs come the winter, thanks for replying i will have a look at the website.
