water shortage

im travelling to cypus in 3 weeks and have been told there is a water shortage can anyone shed any light on this please

There is a water shortage all over Cyprus but it is not affecting the tourist areas but please be considerate when you are there we go in 3 weeks and ain%26#39;t concerned. Search water shortage on the forum and you will get all the info you need.

Hi I returned from cyprus on 7th July and yes there is a water shortage however the day before we left we were talking to the hotel bar manager and he said that the tourists would come first when it came to water and also they had started shipping water in from greece. So don%26#39;t panic it will not affect you.
