time of wedding!!? for first choice wedding at grecian bay

Hi can anyone help me I am getting married on the 19th of sept 08 and cannot get hold of any number to try and get the time of our wedding before we get out there!!

First choice just keep saying u will know when your out there!!

I have rung the hotel direct and they have told me a time but I want to change it.

does anyone know a cyprus number to ring for the wedding coordintor in ayia napa with fc or the right town hall number as its a civil wedding at the hotel????

please help me
