paphos in november

As we have a young family and cannot holiday in the summer school holidays we were planning to go to Paphos in the last few days of October into November. Our only concerns were the weather and if the resort would be very quiet...we plan to stay in a villa so would not be relying on hotels for entertainment or food. Any advise?

We used to go to Cyprus in October half term when our daughter was still at school. I don%26#39;t think we ever had really bad weather, mainly sunny with only the odd day of rain. I do remember it being quite breezy though. The sea is still warm enough to swim that time of year, but pools can be cold. Also days are shorter than in summer and a jumper needed in the evenings. Paphos is an all year round resort so most places would be open. Temperatures are much more pleasant in October than they are in summer, especially if you have small children.

hi , my wife %26amp; i have been to pahos at the same time %26amp; had a great time . out of 14 days the weather was nice mid 70%26#39;s %26amp; sunny 10(bonfire night we went to to nissi beach ,near ayia napa %26amp; it was beautiful, a quiet beach %26amp; glorious weather) of these whilst the other 4 were cool (not cold) mid 60%26#39;s %26amp; cloudy with showers.in fact these days were chances to explore more of cyprus.

the resort will be quiet but 90% of places will be open, in paphos 99%.

the only downside was the pool was freezing though the sea%26#39;s warm.
