For some reason it is expensive this year.

I booked two seats yesterday for my wife and daughter, 6th August-for three weeks, Manchester-Paphos return with Cyprus Airways, £450.00 each.

I%26#39;m certainly finding this a problem too. Just have to keep checking the prices on a more or less daily basis in the hope you can bag a bargain but certainly prices are well up on last year which considering the cost of fuel is no wonder. Scary.

if you find anything can you keep me posted and i will do likewise , we are restricted to school hols which is annoying last year i think we booked about 6-8 weeks prior to our hols so hoping for the same this year. thought i would be organized early and find a bargain but no luck so far, still i will keep my fingers crossed.

Not sure if you have tried it, but www.skyscanner.net is a good website to check on flight prices - compares many airlines etc.

It may help!

Flights are an absolute minefield at the moment. I checked Cyprus Airlines yesterday for early October flights - they had dropped in price by £100 from the previous day!! No rhyme nor reason to it. Just a matter of checking on a daily basis and booking as soon as you find a decent price.
