Beach by Rising Star.

What is the beach like by these apts. Is it smooth entering the sea or will i need to wear beach shoes.

Is it suitable for snorkelling or is there a lot of water sports nearbye preventing this.

You%26#39;ll need to walk along the beach a bit to get a clear spot.The Rising Star is situated at the very start of Flamingo beach and it%26#39;s very rocky there(probably ideal for snorkling) but starts to get clear and sandy further up.There is a clearing that has been made for what looks like is going to be a beach but I%26#39;m not sure if anything has been done yet.If you walk up to around the Constantinos the Great you%26#39;ll get a clear,stone free sea probably better a bit further along outside the Sunrise beach.

No not far,just a minute or so.

On another subject,if you turn left out of the apartments and follow the coast path for a couple of hundred yards you%26#39;ll come to small snack bar called Zafeiros Kiosk which does good breakfasts and meals and is in a lovely situation,great place to relax and look out across the Med.

Dav, Zaffeiros is fantastic, they do great pancakes and banana splits. Thanks for the tip and the beach was good where you said but we didn%26#39;t bother much after all
