Porto Paphos or Paphos Garden hotel ?

Hi,

I%26#39;m going to Cyprus Sept 24th 2008 for 14 nights. Does anyone know if Porto is still being refurbished and out of the two hotels which is best?

Porto paphos is still having work done around it returned last night.
