Kefalonitis Apartments

Can someoone please tell me what these apartments are like?

How far from a decent beach?

How far from Paphos town and harbour?

How to get to coral bay by bus from these apartments?

We used to stay on Verona street just behind these apartments.The ex pats who lived around them thought highly of them %26amp; used them for their visitors.The nearest decent beach is Coal Bay, the number 15 bus passes the bottom of the street frequently %26amp; terminates at Coral Bay Corolia Bay beach(15 mins%26#39;), in the other direction it goes to the Harbour (5 mins)and terminates at Yeriskipou tourist beach (15 mins). It stands a few yards of Tomb of the Kings Rd which buzzes with restaurants %26amp; bars ... hope this helps.

We stayed at these apartments about five years ago and they were O.K. they have got basic apartments and a pool bar and snacks, we dont go self catering anymore, we find it less expensive all inclusive, the aoartments are very close to lots of bars and restaurants, in a good place really you can eat near to there and you will have plenty of choice and also the buses run about every fifteen minutes up to Coral Bay or down to the Harbour and to the market as well and the bus is the same price wherever you go. We always used to stay in that area because we found it near to bars and restaurants and if we wanted to go down to Bar stret we used to catch a bus down and have a taxi back , but taxis may be expensive, in fact I think they have gone up quite a bit, if you can get somebody to share it would be better, the apartments were basic but clean when we were there and the pool is O.K., sorry about typing mistakes.

Hi there

We have stayed here twice and both times we were really happy with it. We found that they were perfectly situated for us, close enough but far enough away. My husband used the tiny gym first thing in the morning and the owner gave him a key so that he could get in earlier! The pool was fine and generally the place was clean and tidy. There are not really any good beaches close by but Coral Beach is close enough by bus/taxi. The apartments were well positioned for us, outside of the main centre of the harbour but on a bus route. We walked into the town and also to the harbour by going down to Kefalos Beach Resort and then turning left, walking by the sea which eventually came out right at the harbour. We also found that there was a good supermarket close by (the little kiosk at the end of the road is pretty expensive). Plenty of restaurants close by, we would recommend Fat Mamas, Syssifos Roof restaurant and the chinese at the end of the road where Kefalonitis is but I can honestly say that we did not eat a bad meal in the four weeks that we have spent there!
