Just wondering what they are like to work for, looks a busy place.

Hi ivisquzzi,
We have just returned from Paphos and ate there one evening. We stayed until late. As we passed by the next morning we were greeted by a friendly hello from the waiter who had served us the previous evening. He had been to bed obviously but had to be back early th next morning to clean the restaraunt. They work VERY long hours and along with all the singing and dancing they must get shattered.
We did comment though that there were a few faces we remembered from previous years so either they have a stake in the business or they love the job!
Are you going to apply to work there?
