I am going to Limssol on Sunday with my 3 daughters ages 18, 17 and 12 and wondered as I am a single mum how safe it is? We would probably want to go out shopping at night and just wanted to know how safe it is?

we were there in June - had no problems - felt safe at all times but did the usual careful holiday stuff - passports - tickets - spare cash left in hotel safe
Biggest danger is sunburn !

I%26#39;ve lived here 4 years and find it safe to go out with the girlies on nights out, that said please respect your safety as you would in the Uk there are bad people everywhere. Enjoy, Limassol isn%26#39;t the prettiest or easiest to get around for tourists but its home and I love it! And as was said before lots of suncream, I%26#39;m a jock with fairly dark skin but I burn here without it!
